Art Creations Africa received its new sculpture on Friday, 20th July 2007. 250 sculpture each weighing from approximately 850 kgs down to as small as 5 kgs, arrived by road freight. The sculptures were hand picked by the gallery owner Barrie Schimper from 56 different artists during a buying trip to Zimbabwe. This all happened during the first week of April 2007 and took 14 weeks for the sculpture to come from Harare to Strand.

It will take about 4 to 6 weeks to check and re-polish all the sculpture before they are ready to be displayed. Art Creations Africa?s stock of sculpture with the arrival of this new shipment increases to approximately 600 sculptures.
