Wellington Nyanhongo
 Wellington Nyanhongo, born in 1970 in Nyanga, Zimbabwe. A member of the famous Nyanhongo family he flourished in the midst of the diverse creative talent of his father, Claud Nyanhongo. His skill, creativity and spirituality was nourished, ensuring a unique sculptor would emerge, reflecting a specific situation or state of mind in his work.
Wellington“s sculptures are powerful visual forms, expressing the human aspects of his cultural heritage. He favours highly polished and textured finishes to his work that attract the eye immediately. A man of few words, his intense and quiet nature has birthed an artist with a rich philosophy of life. His talent has earned him worldwide respect and acclaim as an individual artist from a family with a rich and creative heritage.
