Patrick Kutinyu
Patrick Kutinyu, born in 1960 and is of the Zezuru Tribe. He is a Zimbabwean and is married with 2 children.
He and his family live with his parents. After writing O-Levels at school, Patrick did a 4 year apprenticeship and qualified as a fitter and turner. He does a lot of writing in his spare time. Sculptor Richard Mteki influenced him.
His ambition is to become a top sculptor and also to be recognised as a writer.
Patrick now sculpts full time. His work has been exhibited in Paris in 1987. He has work permanently displayed at the National Gallery and the Gallery Shona Sculpture.
