Retlaw W Matorwa
Retlaw Matorwa, born on the 25th April 1977, in Hatfield north of Harare. A catholic since birth Retlaw attended school in Advanced level in Mabvuku were he derived his inspiration from Local artists, Retlaw has been inspired by the works of Richard Rosani, who has taught him to carve sculptures.
Retlaw´s work is more in abstract and figure form. His works depict the beauty of creation and the relationship between man and his environment.
